Illustrated brochures for BMCI, Groupe BNP Paribas

Comic information helps slow readers to understand new cellphone services

When doing advertising, promoting or informing their customers the Banque Mauretanienne pour le Commerce International is also required to think of slow readers among their customers. This is a common challenge for companies in this part of the world. The bank published a set of richly illustrated brochures, which explain their new cellphone services in a simple way.

In this context, I developed the brochures in a friendly and super simple grid, rejuvenated colours and styles of the bank. Then, I illustrated the text — reduced to a minimum — with situative and slightly comic styled character drawings.
